I especially like the dogs…all good caves need a dog or two.
The dogs are a great idea, in case you need some handy dubbing or streamer hair.

Very nice! My man-cave is merely a corner of the bedroom. My chihuahua will sometimes lay in my lap while I tye flies. My German Shepard stays on gaurd duty outside most of the time. She has to keep peace in the neighbor hood and mind al the yard cats! Yours looks much like mine. Good for you guarding the cave from Man spies!

Once the first of my kids leave the house, I am taking over his bedroom and converting it into my own tying and tackle room. I currently have about half of my basement devoted just to my fishing stuff. I have a fly tying desk and material storage area, a tackle maintenance/repair desk area, a third desk for my other hobbies (collecting) and the rest of the space filled with rod racks, reels and assorted tackle storage. It is unbelievable how much stuff can accumulate over the years. Of course, I can never throw out any stuff (it may one day be “vintage”)…
