Nice Jim, but for some reason I keep wanting to glue an Alaskan or Washington state quarter onto the butt-end, even tho your from Calif! Don’t mind me - just thinkin out loud! As a matter-a-fact I’m thinking I should do that with a couple of commercially made rods I have, to add a little spice and a whole lot of protection for their butt-ends. They’re cork also, so what should I use for glue?? Thanks for sharing.
