Need some information on a Browning rod

Specifically, a BROWNING SILAFLEX 985 MODEL F22985 8’6" FOR A 6/7 LINE. I know absolutely nothing about this rod.

Is this a fiberglass rod or graphite? What is the value of this rod?

Any input would help.
