Rick, you don’t wanna be messing with them Gurgle Pops here in our prairie lakes. Those bass think they’re food for God’s sake!

I certainly hope so. The moon is full this weekend and I am going on a moonlight quest for largemouths on Saturday. Used to do lots of that years ago when I lived in Bemidji and had great success. Gurgle pops work so well in the daylight they gotta work at night.

Thanks for the tip, Rick. I might head up to Glacial Lakes at night then. That’s a neat little lake full of chummy bass and it’s “canoe only.” Won’t have to worry about being run over by a big walleye rig! I’ll tye up some black ones just for the occasion! JGW
