My Son Took a Photo

Riley took a photo, though he had some help from his girlfriend in arranging things… And he entered it in the AK Fly Fishers annual photo contest. He won three prizes with the one photo… He called it “Look Into My Eyes”.

Mossy’s Fly Shop picked it as the best “gear” related photo.

The Judge picked it best in the Creative category.

And it won People’s Choice at the Feb. meeting.

WOW! That is one great photo Art. Those eyes jump out at you. Riley should enter that photo in the IFFF photo contest this August back in Livingston, MT. at the annual IFFF Fly Fishing Fair. Larry —sagefisher—

Way to go Riley! Now this is truely Art. Perfect!

You can probably recognize the impeyan, top left, and blue eared-pheasant, top right, that you were responsible for. Such really nice plumage and that was all he used of them, too… The roule roule partridge just right of center, at bottom, barely makes it in, too…

Thanks for the tip Larry, I will make sure he knows about it…

Very cool!

Very nice Photo!

There are few things in life that bring us more happiness than to have others appreciate the work or skills of our children. Congratulations to your son on well deserved honors and to his parents.

Its awesome to be recognized for achievement in the world of Art! To be creative is a gift. When our children are at the center of it, it seems to become a greater gift… A very wonderful pic it is and thank you for sharing it with us…

Kudos to Riley, and his girlfriend. Great layout & perfectly cropped photo. Beautiful work!
