I am looking for a source for mustad 37140 hooks
smaller than size 8.

similar sized kahle hooks would also work, as well.
I am attempting to tie some hard worms using some seed beads I have lying around, but the beads will not go past the barb on a size 8, even after smashing it down.

I’ve seen these hooks in most of the better fly supply catalogs. Surprisingly, they are inexpensive.

Thanks. I did find them online at Cabelas in lots of 100.
If that’s what it comes down to, I’ll use what I need and share the rest.
Anyone else have any ideas.

The 37140 is still a currently offered hook from size 6/0 down to size 14. In sizes 10, 12 & 14 we offer pack code 22 (50 hooks per box) and pack code 21 (100 hooks per box).
