rib - small wire chartreuse
body - dubbing chartreuse/Ice Dub caddis green
body hackle - grizzly dyed chartreuse (1Tbs Rit Neon Yellow/1 cup water)
1st shoulder - mearns quail dyed chartreuse
2nd shoulder - pheasant rump dyed chartreuse
collar/head - deer hair dyed chartreuse
