Moving on......

I accepted a position with another company this morning. More money. More responsibility. 15 minutes from where I live with no freeways to drive on. I won’t even drive through a town. All country road. For the past 18 years I have commuted to work via I5 either to Everett or Bellingham. I won’t know what to do with the extra hour and a half I will save each day not to mention the approx. 300 bucks in gas I’ll save each month.

Congratulations! Hey now you can get a new rod and actually have some time to fish it too.

Kerry,

That is fantastic. You can use some of that saved gas money to buy some fuel to drive over to Pass Lake and/or Lone Lake to do some fishing on the weekends.

Good luck in your new adventure.

Congratulations! And hurray for you - very pleased for you.
Hugs,

Finally, some GOOD news. Congratulations.

Moving on…

And here I thought we were finally going to get rid of you.

Congratulations on the new job and the savings both in time and money.

Congratulations and Best Regards…

Good for you.

Let’s all say a prayer for those out there who can’t find a job!!

Plan on leaving the house at the same time as the old job and fish some streams along the way to work!!!

Rock on Kerry! Congrats to you and the best of luck!

Kerry,
Congrats! After 18 years of a tedious drive, you won’t know how to react!!!
Mike

Congrats! It’s alway good when good things happen to good people.

Thanks everyone.

Interesting thing happened. I accepted the position just this morning. This evening a friend called me and asked if I was going to work for Sakuma Bros. I said yes and asked how he knew. Apparently he is good friends with one of the owners and he asked my friend if he knew me. Long story short my friend told me that I likely just got the last job I will need. He said the company and the family that runs it is one of the best in the Skagit Valley where I live and they have a reputation of treating thier employees very well. Things just keep getting better. I think there will be some special thank yous in my prayers. Somebody is looking out for me.

Now I’m jealous. Way to go Kerry. I’m really happy for you.

Kerry, Uncle Jesse said it before I could. I’m very happy for you!

Hey, CONGRATS, Kerry!!!

I suggest you save up some of the unused gas money to get yourself to South Dakota so we can go pheasant hunting. Oh, and since this is a fly fishing board, we should try to find a trout in the Black Hills while you’re here. (Even though Betty will tell us we’re wasting our time.)

Terry

way to go. glad to hear things went your way. now time to get out on that boat more.

Thanks Royce. I need to get there. My friend Brad, who I think you met, has invited me to come over several times also. I think he just got a new pup to train as an addition to the two bird dogs he already has. Be nice to hunt pheasant over some good dogs

Very nice! Congrats and ENJOY!
