It’s that Time of year again, The Midwest Flyfishing Expo and Michigan Fish-In Organizing Meeting will be held in Warren, Mi. 7&8 March 2009.

If there is no snow rounding the bend near Erie, I’ll make the LONG drive up again!
That’s my club! Though I moved 700 miles away I miss those folks and that danged show!
It’ll be very good seeing you Fish-In folks again too for sure!
Already know that I WILL NOT be there this year. I believe my club will be having a presence without me. Too many other things going on…workwise.

I’ll probably be coming with my tournament caster friend—we got buried in waist deep snow the night before the show last year. Most likely on sunday.

This is a great show. It has become an annual event for my daughter and me. Ussually spend all day at the show then hit dinner and a movie afterwards.
O.K. Folk’s it’s happening next weekend.
We will occupy one of the tables by the food with the FAOL Placard on the table around 11 or so.
Also the “Furling Master’s” AKA Kaboom1(Brad Sherrick) and Fatbill(Bill Horner) will be set up doing their “Magic”

I was looking foreward to this after spending the day of the Mason tying show shoveling a ton of snow just to get out of my driveway by noon but after nine weeks of four day workweeks I have had to conclude that I can’t do it without raiding the savings account. I can’t justify that. On the bright side :rolleyes: we may still have our traditional mandatory Saturday overtime for the trout opener on the last saturday in April. Management has only missed it once in the ten years I have worked there and we are picking up quite a bit of new work from a major customer who made a big layoff and is outsourcing a lot of stuff.

I know exactally what you are talking about since Thanksgiving I’ve only had 3 weeks of 40 hour’s most have been less than 32. But it’s only going to take a tank of gas and 20 buck’s for the 2 of Us to get in and we haven’t done anything else since Thanksgiving and I’m going “Nuttier” than I already am:rolleyes:
