Jesse; I’ve been known to be a bit “Testy” but not “Grumpy”. A warm water fisherman would enjoy the Duck as you never know what you may hook up! I’ve caught Rainbow’s, Shell Crackers, Rock Bass, Small Mouth’s, Large Mouth’s, Walleye and Gar! All on the same fly!! I’ll even get WarrenP to come along, he can catch fish out of a fresh mud puddle (no lie)! Wooly Buggers, Hare’s ears, Soft Hackles and PSC’s.
Jack, That was too good of a set up to let it lay. I got a peek of the Duck several years (15+/-) when working in the area. A pretty stream what I saw of it.

Nothing on Rock Creek but I would suspect that it’s a good spot for smallies. The thing about the Duck River is that you never know what you are going hook up!!
