This had always been my favorite; great food 4 cheap
But these guys may have them beat; Korean BBQ tacos or the Bibimbap, can’t go wrong. I will be very sad when my daughter leaves Asheville

Here in Las Cruces, the food trucks are becoming the most popular they have been in years - even have healthfood.
Do they come to the Farmers and Crafts Market on Saturdays? We were there last October and had some real good food but I can’t remember if we hit up any of the trucks.

Yes, there are always 2 or 3 there. I need to look on Facebook and find out their schedule.
