When a try to connect to danica.com , I get a warning that visiting this site may harm your computer. It also states the site appears to contain malware. Any advise or explanations of what this means? freddyg

McAfee site advisor says there’s no problem on Han’s website. Good thing - I’ve been viewing it for years (with zero problems).
I got the same message as Freddyg earlier but haven’t been backs
I can’t get in. It was reported as an attack site, and I can’t get anything to load but a warning page. I get all kinds of warnings:
I just tried the danica link also, and got the reported attack site warning.
Maybe the malware warning is a ruse your wives put in there. They see the URL and think you are looking at pics of Danica Patrick, rather than Hans’ flies.
I used to get virus warnings on pics I had taken with my own camera, when I tried to mail them to my brother. It was a ploy by my email provider to get me to buy services I did not need, and stopped when I told them to knock it off. Amazingly, only THEIR software could detect the hidden viruses in my photos. Or so they told me. Yeah, right.
There is a possibility that something got onto Hans’ site, in something someone sent to him. You can store a lot in a photo.
Freddy, et al.,
My profound apologies to you and any others who may have come across this warning. I have had some issues with site hacking, very annoying indeed!
The site is now totally clean again and I trust I now have safeguards in place to avoid this occurrence from rearing its ugly head going forward.
I have filed a report to Google asking for a fresh review the site and reconsider the warning status.
Regards,
Hans W
