When using the punches to cut alot of bodies keep a glass of water nearby. The punches get hot after a while and the water will cool them off.

Since I have to tie for my dad ,brother and myself, I would prefer tying gurglers. But, they want poppers( w/perfec heads). I’ve tied deer hair bugs, but they take awhile, so I’m going to try out the foam. So far, I’ve gotten my dad to shape cork and balsa heads.

If I were doing cork or balsa, I would use the Dremel tool to shape them while holding them with something, not using it like a lathe. One of the small desktop lathes might be just the ticket for those though.
