Looking for pattern for Chips Peeper

This is a small frog pattern devloped by Chip Evans in Texas. I found some general instructions on the backwaterhogs site http://www.geocities.com/clinscott_pfl/backwaterhawgs.html but would like a better description. If anyone can point me in the right direction would appreciate it.
