i don’t want to start a yelling screaming match, i want some new fly line.
looking at pike line sa brand and Cortland is 555 glitched like they say
or should get SA ultra Ultra 4 Heavy Freshwater/Bass.

i usaly bye sa ultra 4

i could go cortland 444 pike line or cortland sl pike line

I have been using 555 for over a year now without any problems at all.

mickie is it 555 clear? maybe is clear one thats trouble

555 dyna tip mango with white tip 5 wt. I use it for trout and panfish. I also have L2L connector and in last two months a furled leader. That might have something to do with it.

cool i found sa heavy ultra 4 maybe ill get roll of that and get reconect leadeder thing.

Not trying to be a jerk here, and I know the L2L connectors are a sponsor, and I imagine they probably work very well, but
(well what are you trying to say here dudley?)
that sort of thing is a crutch for not learning to tie proper knots.
Just as JC is a stickler for learning to cast properly. I feel the same way about knot tying skills
A big part of fly fishing IMO and one that is often overlooked for more glamorous aspects

i got a knot tying tool to help with knots, hard to get folks to understand me those knotles leader things are cool il get em and some loops backing to line.
