[b]I have added a collection of larger images to my web-site,
this is a result of my trolling through my image CDs and deciding that
I wanted to see them on-line a bit clearer than I could on my site articles, (eye problem).
Luckily I had saved quite a few larger JPEG and TIFF images.
I have had them on the site for quite a while, but I have just
added them to the Menu - under Display.
Here is the address, let me know if this is useful.
Donald, I have noticed that the flaws in my tying show up much better when blown up on a seventeen inch screen. I just remind myself that the fish only see them normal sized. Taking a picture of a fly and blowing it up has helped me learn to tie neater flies but perfection will continue to elude me.
I like that feature a lot. As for dodgy tying, I didn’t see any. The Greenwells Flymph knocked my socks off. Why have I never tied a mess of those? Thanks for adding those larger pictures to your already incredible site.
This was a really great idea! They were good before, but larger in size makes them just that much better/easier to view all the details. I don’t notice anything dodgy about your tying either. Everything is where it’s supposed to be, nice and neat. Keep it coming!
I’ve always found fly-tying to be an art form - beautiful work, especially when enlarged. Have you used any of them in the water? I loved the Crimson Woodcock.
I looked at these flies on his? site before. I like the enlarged photos as these are primarily what I tie- being style of fly .
Thanks for the" big picture" Donald.
