Finally decided I had to try these, and just wondered - do you have to keep buying a new leader with the connector on it? It doesn’t look like you can get the connector off the leader to re-use it.
Depends on which one’s you get, the original ones once you got them on your line you usually had to cut off and use a new one.
The re-designed ones do come apart for ease of use.

Sure! I use them quite a bit with kids fishing events and the disabled. Tying knots is next to impossible for a lot of disabled people, and when you’re just trying to get a fly rod with a fish on the end of it in the hands of a bunch of kids as quickly as possible during a one day event at some pond somewhere, some L2L leaders with pre-tied flies on them are great!

Normand, the “reconnect system” is what I have, but I cannot see how to remove the leader end for reuse on another leader - tried to just push it up - shall I try harder?
no you have to buy another leader.
they come 9 feet long and from 2x thru 6x
leave the part that is on the fly line, untwist a 6x and then twist on a 3x
