Sunday, February 25th, I placed an on line order with Hook & Hackle for a couple spools of thread, a hat, & the book “Woolly Wisdom”. Super fast…got my order Wednesday, the 28th, EXCEPT I got the wrong book. They shipped “Unnaturals” instead of “woolly Wisdom” even though the correct book was listed on the invoice. I emailed them Thursday evening & was waiting for a response. Sunday, March 4th I attended the TU Cabin Fever show outside Pittsburgh with Joe Valencic & one of my old friends, Paul Renner…Hook & Hackle was at the show…a late addition, too late to show up on the Vendor’s list. I had the pleasure of visiting with Ron at length & told him of the book snafu. He asked that I call him Monday (yesterday). Today (a scant day later), I received “Woolly Wisdom”. THAT is OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, which I judge on “mistake or problem resolution”. I find it highly commendable that Ron has taken over a business, physically moved, & is that efficient in a very short period of time…tomorrow I will ship “Unnaturals” back (only because it is my 1st opportunity). Hook & Hackle has won another loyal & rabid fan/customer in me. Ron & his staff are extremely friendly & helpful.
