In two weeks the family and I will be camping at Killbear Park around Parry Sound in Ontario. I have searched for about two weeks and can’t find much information. Anyone have any advice on fishing this area?
Thanks,
Trout

The area isn’t what I would call a hotspot for fishing.
Area lakes and a bit north to French River might be a better bet to fish but don’t miss Killbear as a Camping location. It is one of my favorite Parks. The water is super clear and clean and the swimming and snorkeling great. If one side of the park is windy and rough, the other side will be calm. There are some smallmouth on the bay side where there is less traffic and the odd Pike but I would not call it a great fishing park unless you have a boat and access to local charts and maps of the area.
Nearby Parry Sound has attractions and a nice Boat Tour of the sound if you get bored.
Hope you have better weather that I have had,
DuFf
