Just a thought # 26

Good morning,
Just a thought by who I do not know,

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.
But in practice, there is.

Kindest regards,
UB

 fishing must be a bit slow down under LOL
too funny

BD.
Fishing slow ?
I think not, be it in practice or theory.

I’ve been catching Tailor, your Bluefish at around 78cm and longer, our local Tarpon, in the ocean at around 60cm plus, their size only goes to around 75cm in this part of the World.

All caught with a Double Handed fly rod in the saltwater, its as good as fun as you can get and its only about 8 or 9 minutes from home and I fish just about every day, come summer or winter.

Kindest regards,
UB

but you suck because I’m jealous . Where I live we do catch some “freshwater tarpon” (stripers), as the 'necks call them, often in the same rivers sometimes with our trout  but landing those bad boys on a 6wt is tough especially in rough moving water.

Cheers, hope you catch a big one today.
