Jonezee Sorry

They both deserve to play in the National Championship 8)

I think they just did.

I have always hated watching the best teams play before the season is over (Bowl Game)
Doug P.S. I doubt Ohio State would ever give up that many points to ANY other team.

I hope Jonezee is OK :frowning:

Doug, I am OK. At first I thought it was a bad dream. Now I am convinced it wasn’t. From the beginning of the game to the end, I kept saying to myself and friends “I hope it is a close one”. Well it was. Congratulations Doug, you win. Since I live close to the Ohio border, I sometimes tune in an Ohio radio station or two when driving. I feel sorry for the attitude most Ohio State fans have when phoning into their radio staions…“Michigan still sucks!” is the most often heard comment. Too bad, I don’t think they know just how lucky they were to win that game, and Michigan’s old coach Bo was even from their home state. Oh well, I’ll bet a doughnut hole OSU looses in the Arizona bowl game. After all, they still suck.

Jonezee,
I was not rooting for either team. I was glad to see that Michigan fought back. There is some talk that there needs to be a re-match. I would like to see the BEST teams play for the national championship.
What USC does against Notre Dame next week is important to determine WHO is going to play Ohio State in the final game. Even though Michigan lost, they still gained respect.
I’m glad your OK!
Doug

Jonezee,
As I told you earlier this season, last Saturday’s game (IMHO) WAS the National Championship!
Neither of those teams suck & the midwest can be very proud of both teams. As much as I love my Buckeyes, Michigan is certainly no loser. I tip my hat to both teams & schools, & thank them for keeping me on the edge of MY seat.
Mike

OK OK, I’m sorry. You are all correct, it was THE Championship game and both teams fought tooth and nail. Lets hope we get to play each other again. Still anyone up for a doughnut hole bet?

 The Championship game was this weekend between Montreal and British Columbia. WE WON !! GO LIONS!!

( Canada’s Grey Cup, our version of your superbowl )

Ps. where is Ohio??

GBF - “Where is Ohio” Well I would say just south of Heaven and just south of one of the best fly fishing states in the Nation…the Great Lakes State, known to most people as Michigan. And Ohio is just south of Toledo, home of the states most famous actor of stage screen and television…

Gnu Bee…You folks can only afford Grey, as in pewter? my condolences!
As far as where as Ohio is…it’s south of Hell, Michigan!

Mikey

KLINGER is Ohio’s MOST famous actor???
Doug

How about…
Clark Gable
Paul Newman, &
Clarence Darrow…aren’t attornies ACTORS?
Mike

Mike,
Comparing Actors with Attorneys?
I guess it’s possible. Perry Mason has always been my favorite. Al Gore is a movie star now.
Al’s a comeback story. I wish BILL would make a movie! That’s a great concept, old politicians reading lines from famous movies! Isn’t TV great?
Doug

Doug, Klinger admits to being from Ohio, the others never admitted it to their public. Newman only makes salad dressing now, Cleremce. well after all these years his findings are still debated, Clark, well he maybe was in vogue 70 years ago and he did have some mighty big ears, as for Klinger…he is alive and a pretty neat guy, IMO, Jonezee

Well finally you got it right! Ohio is south of Heaven and Michigan too for that matter!

I’ve been worried about this thread…

GBF has it back on track

Gnu Bee is trying out for the NEW position!
TROUBLESHOOTER!
Doug

I think its time to sit around the table and hold hands and being thankful that what ever state we are in, we are one and a family of FAOL. Ahmen.

Geez…
The man’s 82 years old, what else does he need to prove
He just quit driving race cars at age 80
