:lol: Jim’s recipe for this week, (see What’s Cooking on the menu) is sitting on the cupboard cooling. It’s 90 outside, and yes I heated up the house a bit to make it. Castwell got to clean out the pan. Looks absolutely wonderful.

It's a personal favorite of mine. I've always liked lemon maringue
but the sour creme in this one just adds a nice creaminess and a bit of
