Going up to the Little Manistee on Thursday sept 21 to kick off Jack’s 67th…birthday. Kings in and some nice little rainbows. Anyone welcome. Will be staying until Sat the 23rd. Kinda cool this time of year but no worse than the April opener…snow at times. Anyways, Happy Birthday to Jack.

I’ll be fishing a light rod and a 6X tippit. If a King gets hungry it can have the fly!! For those guy’s you need JC’s Broomstick and an 0X leader!!
We did get one a few years ago that hung over the edges of a 36" wide picnic table!!

Since Karla Anderson exposed my 67th to the world and possibly the Universe I have came down with a heavy hand!! Well, maybe a stomped foot! We are going to be camping at the CCC Bridge Camp Grounds on the Manistee River (weather permiting) Thursday and Friday night for sure.
The Thursday evening menu will be “Don’s” kabobs.
Friday evening will be Pork chops, Dressing, Mashed Potatos and Corn. I’m in charge of breakfast which will be the standard, eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc.
Lunch’s will be cold cuts, hot soup/chili, etc.
You really brought your hand down…LOL
We are thankful to be able to go to CCC campground as it was kinda full last week and off limits. :roll: Shall be a great time. Hope you can still make it up rainbow chaser and Bill and Jean note new location just in case it works out for you.
