Rick - My goals are to create a rather sparse shuck, a very slim, segmented abdomen, a short “wing” and a cluttered effect around the thorax. Your fly definitely checks all the boxes of the basic pattern but is a bit “heavy” to my way of thinking. That said, it may be exactly what would work for the fishies you hunt and might even be better than the version I like for the fishies I chase !? Beyond the economy of using one short strand of antron, I do like the loop wing effect, and tying off the hackle after it is wrapped around the shank ahead of the wing is much easier for me than tying it off on the post, regardless which method is used to do that.

Correction on the loop wing - after wrapping the twisted antron bundle forward to the loop wing position and securing it there, let the bundle untwist and fluff it out a bit before forming the loop wing. Had another really good day with this fly on that Northern Idaho freestone creek yesterday, including landing three 17" west slope cutthroat back to back to back, along with a fair sampling of 15-16" fishies out of the fifteen or so in hand.
