Went to the doc today and finally after 8 weeks my broken pinkee finger on my casting hand is free! No more splint. Look out fish, here I come!! I had to cut down on my fishing because it made my finger swell. Made it tough to ty flys too. As for casting with the other hand, still a work in progress. J.C. got me started on that other hand casting and I will master it!

Practicde the off hand casting, It will let you cast some places that you might not have been able to before.

A special note that while perfecting off hand casting always go barbless!!! It’s much less painful and will keep you from being public number one.
