It's been a long tima ago.

since my last login over here.
busy with my family, work, friends, fishing, flytying, etc…
Often I had shown how to tie a fly at flyfishing club’s, what gave me a lot of positive energy!
It’s always amazing how (often elderly) people do their utmost to tie a fly, and will learn everything about the fascinating world of insects, and how to imitate these creatures.

For a goodmaking/new introduction here are a few of my last tyings…
relative easy to tie, but still a catchy flies.

Paraloop emerger tied at a shrimp hook #14

Deerhair emerger
Tied at standard dry fly hook #14

Stonefly nymph. #12

If you have suggestions how to make these flies better, please let me know!

Hope to post more over here in the nearby feature!
And learn from you.
Best regards from the Netherlands.

That’s a good looking stonefly nymph.

Inderk you have not lost your touch !!! Very very impresive. Nice tying

Beautiful flies; welcome back.

Regards,
Scott

first, welcome back. second, how did you tie that deer hair emerger so that the deer hair is like a parachute?

i was curious of this as well… did you push with your thumb downward and torque like when you stack deer hair?

Those flies look great and thanks for sharing them
