IT COULD BE

Well it isn?t Spring fever. The sun has preformed magnificently here for several days in a row, and the television weather people just don?t quite know what to do with themselves. One reported last night that he had not forecast a sunny weekend since last AUGUST. Wow, I wasn?t here, I was in Montana where the sun usually shines normally. By normally I mean it isn?t the damp, wet, dare I say rainy Pacific Northwest.

I recall with fond memories most of the places mentioned. As a child, our family would make day trips up that way from our home in Seattle. My wife, Marjie, lived for a time in Port Townsend, managing the motel where some of the movie “An Officer and a Gentleman” was filmed.

So true, about the beach. Always a wonder to me as a child and now, too, even though it is rare that I get to visit, living 300 miles inland.

Thanks for the memories!!

Jeff

Deanna, thanks for the prelude, but it was 3 degrees F above zero this morning. Nothing is blooming, or even thinking of it yet. Although I’m thinking of it a lot…

Kelly.

I walked out the door last night and looked up at the stars, before this week I can’t remember the last time I saw them. (I’m thinking perhaps December) I am so happy the sun is out even if for only a week.
