Is it too early for some FAOL New Year’s resolutions?
Well I am pretty well out of luck on that one :lol:
Several Years ago One of my resolutions ( probably the only one I ever actually kept ) was to never make resolutions while in a drunken state on new years day. Hence I no longer make any. And to answer your question . Yes it is. :roll:
Whenever I am tempted to resolve to improve, I remember a friend’s prominently displayed motto:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, totally worn out and screaming, “Wohoo, what a ride!”
Your friend certainly enjoys life. I might want to go with a fly rod in one hand, a net in the other and a flask in my hip pocket (for medicinal purpose only :lol: )

Resolution#1 Do not fish hard , hit the baccardi with abandon and go to a charity auction in the Ozarks (a very good cause held at Montauk St Park every year)and attempt to purchase “art”. It aint art and the wife wont understand your good intentions.
Resolution#2 Do not go to Cabellas empty handed and come home the same way . They have so much that I need .
