It’ll do until the flu gets here.
I haven’t had a cold or the flu in couple of years and I’d forgotten what a joy it could be. Came down with it upon returning from the Vegas area on September 21st. and today is the first day I’ve felt like my old self again.
Even though our forecast is for clear skies and eighty degrees, I’m not going to go stand in the water today. Instead I think a low intensity Mt. Bike ride along the river or lake shore is in order…
