Any fish biologists out there?

Ya have a question?

Nope, just seeing how many of us might be out there.

I’m a Fish Habitat Biologist out of Alberta.

Fish culturist working for USDA in Washington, DC

[b]Cajundood, I had plans, but life happened instead. Guidance counselor recommended I go to another school before transferring to LSU. I listened,my bad.

cajundood,
I’ve been a fisheries biologist for the Tennessee Valley Authority for nearly 30 years now. Most of my work has involved reservoir fisheries evaluations and habitat management.

I am a fisheries biologist and general aquatic ecologist working for a consulting firm out here in Oregon.

Definately a double edged sword. Work with fish all summer which is great, but work so much I don’t have much time to fish. I spend the winter looking at aquatic inverts. It can be painful sometimes having a job that makes you always think about fishing.

Rogerole,

What did you do at LSU?

Cajundood, Didn’t get there. As I said, I got sidetracked by life.
