I swear I saw it, but can't find it

I believe there were some directions on building a rod building stand somewhere on the site, I know it is very simple, even for me. Would like to find it again before I go to Home Depot and review, anyone else seen it, I went in the rod building forum and could not find it, but then I lose my keys at least once a day.

Thanks for asking. I was just thinking yesterday how I would go about building one.
