Furled leader’s, I’m waisting a perfect day to mow the lawn to make furled leaders!
Rod building, sort of slacked off with the nice weather.
Fly tying, Every evening!!

Jack - You are obvisouly imbibing on an inferior type of cheap whiskey. As the Tuber and I can testify to, if you drink Irish Whisky you will be saved. Since there is no such thing as bad Irish Whiskey you can roll your eyes around in bed at night and sigh the night way after caufting down a few litters of Jamison, Kilbagon, Tulleymore Dew or the ever Omnificant Powers. Bushnills will only do in a pinch, it is reported to be made by Protostants, but we won’t hold that aginst them. This remedy can be taken, warm, on the rocks or with water if you are faint of heart. In regards to mowing the lawn: Anything worth doing will be just as worthy, perhaps even moreso, tomorrow or the next day. At least you have your priorities straight.

I think an intervention is called for here. I’ll be happy to come up there tommorow to confiscate all rods, all rod building and tying supplies and the furling board. Just to be on the safe side I’ll take away all fly lines/reels also lest you hang yourself going cold turkey like that. Fear not though! I’ll bring you a T. V. guide to help plan your empty hours. No need to thank me. It’s what friends are for.
