For the past couple weeks, I have been regularly driving past this meadow. Every time I’ve gone by, this colt has either been in a spot that I couldn’t get a photo, laying down or hiding behind the mare. Today, I finally got him.
It ain’t that he’s the cutest colt in the neighborhood, and he don’t have the best bloodlines, but he does represent one of my favorite aspects of spring and early summer.
My favorite four legged critters are horses, and spring around here always means a bunch of new colts to marvel at. Just wanted to share this one with you.
