How to graph a survey?

Anyone know if it’s possible to create a survey and how to graph the results? If it is, please describe.

:lol: If you collect your data in a spreadsheet such as microsoft EXCEL graphing the data is easy - just follow the instructions in the helps for graphing. Most database programs also provide graphing capabilities as well.
