My browser takes me directly into FAOL BB. I no longer know my password. I requested my login info some time back. Have not received anything. Perhaps I did not do it right or it did not get through.
So now…I find no way on this bulletin board to “go to the Main Page”…from here
And since I do not know my password I do not wish to always go to another browser just to see the main page…and then go to BB’s and not be able to sign in due to lack of password. And on here in this BB I do not know how to change my password so that I will know it from now on.
On the brown bar up above, Click on “forum actions”. It’s a drop down menu. Click on general settings. There’s a box on the left labeled “my settings”. In that box is a link to edit email and password.
Thank you for the effort SMJ. But…in that spot you have to enter your current password in order to make changes…I don’t know my current password. Appreciate the post though.

Thanks again smij. I have changed my password. I went to a different browser and to FAOL. It said to Sign In or Register. I put in my username and clicked on “Help”
In there I did not see how to change password but there was a FAQ “search” feature. I put in “Lost Password”
It got me through the process.
Sorry I do not remember the exact steps…but it had a link to change password…clicked it and sent me an email to change my password with and it worked out.
Still don’t knowhow to go from here back to Main Page.But oh well…
Point is to thank smij for the message. It caused me to continue trying…and I got the password changed. Now I can go in from any browser.
