:?: As it turns out, I may be in luck. I may be in the market for some rod building material. The components I’ve been looking at are from Batson Enterprises. (a sponsor here) I’m wondering if it is possible as a member of FAOL to buy direct from them or do I have to go through a retailer. Does anyone here know. When I do buy, I would like them to know that FAOL sent me.

I have their website already saved to my favorites. Thanks for the info, but I was just wondering if I could order direct or if protocol calls for going through a retailer. I guess I was vague in my question. :oops:

They have lots of retailers around the country. You should be able to find all of their retailers on their website. Also, I’ve gone through their closeout store, Utmost Enterprises. Great to deal with and some good deals on blanks as well.
But, if you have ANY questions, give them a call. Great guys up there.
I recently needed two sets of components from Batson for two broom rods.
I contacted them and they would not sell me direct, though they sent me a catalog.
So after I got the catalog I phoned one of the dealers listed in the catalog and had no problems getting the items I wanted. All the parts were of good quality.
By the way, I did inform them I was also a Sponsor for FAOL and what I was wanting the items for.I doubt if they will sell direct because that is not the way they have their marketing set up. I had no problem with that as their products are excellent.
I encourage anyone needing items they provide to do as I did.
