I have been watching the news today. My thoughts are with the people in the Midwest of our nation. Those terrible storms that hit Oklahoma and Kansas yesterday are on their way north and east today.
I hope you are all O.K. My thoughts and prayers go out to those that lost their homes and loved ones.
So far, so good!! 70’s on Monday and Tuesday, raining, mixed with snow today. Go figure, I washed all the windows Monday!! Heavy weather and all its warnings, headed this way.
Fine here. Thanks for the concern. Just high wind and moderate to heavy rain. Those in other areas would be freaking out but this is pretty normal for here.
Those in the Northwest would **** their britches if they ever saw the rain we receive.
We are supposed to get 40-60 mph sustained winds tonight with gusts over 70 mph. That is not out of the ordinary for a nor’easter but this is not a nor’easter. Calling for rain too. Damaging winds through Thursday evening.
Terry,
That is too darned close! I have lived through a couple of twisters. Learned early on to always keep an eye on the sky. That served me well as an aviator.
