Hook types and sizes

I’m very new to fly tying. That said, I’m allowed to ask stupid questions. Reading Beginning Fly Tying - part 7, in the list of materials I see hooks to use are Mustad 3399A or 3906B. Looking in the Mustad Website, I can’t find these sizes.
Where did I go wrong?

Mustad 3399A or 3906B are the product code used to identify the type of hook. Sizes are the range they are available in. Here is a link to the Mustad page for the 3906B (Hollow Point Mustad Sproat).
