Help with Uploading Photos

I’ve seen a thread about this before but I can’t seem to find it on the bulletin board. I’ve been trying to post photos for a while now but everytime I try, a message appears that says my photos are to large to upload. Would anyone be able to help?

I upload them to photobucket. Then just link to the picture on photobucket. You can also edit them there to reduce the size.
