HELLO

Well, after a year of viewing, I decided to register on the site. This is one of the nicest sites i’ve visited. It’s very informative and has a great group of people associated with it. So I just wanted to say HELLO!

Welcome aboard! This site is very useful. Got questions? Someone on this site got answers. I joined not too long ago and learned 40 times what I used to think I know. Don’t be affraid to ask, people on here are VERY nice.

Nick

pspaint;
Welcome aboard, coffee’s hot, pull up a chair. Just remember to wipe your feet and oh yeah, the new guy make’s the coffee!
Come on in the chat room any evening for a friendly visit.
Like to see some of your paintings posted here. Shhhhush, not for commercial use but it would be nice to see your work.

Don’t forget the Michigan Fish-In August 14th to the 20th. The Holy Water’s of the Au Sable await you!!

Cactus

You are in good fly country company. Welcome. Jonezee

Thanks for the welcome! I’ll make the coffee but you’ll have to drink it with a fork. Jack, your the first person that ever made the connection about the painting. I’ll post some in the near future. Thanks again!

Where ya been bud? Your brain is definitely ripe for pickin’. Hop right in anywhere, and join the fray. Good to have you. The little icons at the top of your posts tell us a little bit about you, but not much. They also allow you to edit your posts. Give us a ride.

Lew

Hi Castwell. I really enjoy your articles. When is the meeting in Roscoe?
Hi Lew. I didn’t realize what the icons were for.

Welcome, pspaint. On the menu at the left is an item Fish-Ins. Click on it and look at the ones for 2006. Roscoe is 3rd from top. Should be a great time. And, before Jack says it… consider coming to the Michigan Fish-In, too.

pspaint,

Welcome aboard. A couple rules Jack forgot to mention, no wet waders on the furniture and no cleats on the hardwood floors. Oh yeah, in addition to making the coffee, the new guy also chops wood for the fire (and we like it warm in here).

Glad to have you and I, also, look forward to seeing some of your artwork.

Welcome aboard. If you chop wood for the fireplace, then you also have to make sure the fire is going. Now if if the wood is for a campfire…well then I get to play with the fire after you cut the wood . Actually just kidding though I do build a mean campfire.

In all seriousness, welcome to a great site with tons of information and even better people.

Take care everyone and cya around. Mark

Welcome aboard and bring me a cup of that coffee. Sounds like you make it just the way I like it. You will find lots of good people here. Have fun and enjoy your new friends.

Rocky

Thanks to all for the warm welcome!

Warm Welcome to 'ya Painter.

(watch out for the Pirates)

Welcome, to FAOL!

I setup my chair, and been hanging out on FAOL, since October 1997.

There was not much here at FAOL, in the beginning. But over the years, it has grown into a wonderful place to learn and meet new friends, who love fly angling.
