A few minor changes; subbed palmer chenille to wrap with the cc rabbit and hackled with guinea instead of schlappen. Change colors to suit your needs. BTW, have no idea where the down-eyed ss hook came from since I don’t own any; may have swiped it from my neighbor.

mash barb; poke a hole in rabbit strip and push it on the hook
tie on eyes; brush wraps with Super Glue
tie on KF; fold and wrap back to bend
pull rabbit forward, separate fibers at tie-down point with bodkin; tie down/trim
