To our friends in Canada let me say HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I am truly thankful to have all of you as friends. I cannot think of better neighbors than you Canadians. I have been to your country several times. I have always thoroughly enjoyed my visits. Canadians are some of the kindest folks there are. The hospitality I received in Canada has always been top notch.
