Happy Birthday REE

Happy birthday!!!

Thanks Folks, your good wishes are much apreciated, as is the time you took to post them.

I spent my 63d birthday cleaning my tying desk (still at it, only 1/4 left to clean off). Everything is (almost) organized and I can see the white top again. Put away are many spools of Pearsall’s silk thread, tying waxes of varying tackiness, 5 Starling skins, one natural and one fiery brown Hun Partridge skins, close to 20 mole skins in as many colors, 6 pairs of scissors (when I can’t find them I buy new), three rotating hackle pliers, 5 tear drop hackle plies, 1/2 Pukeko skin, and more hooks than I care to count. I now have only 1/4 left to clean. Unfortunately, that’s where I stacked all the stuff I didn’t have a place for right away.

VEE and I did take a break from cleaning to enjoy a favorite meal at a favorite eatery. VEE made out like a bandit. Three days without cooking. Her birthday on Thursday, the between day (Friday) and my birthday today. I had to wear my Sunday Go-To-Meeting clothes. Jeans with no holes, clean t-shirt (also without holes) and hiking boots without mud.

Very enjoyable day and it ain’t over for a couple hours yet.

Thanks again for the good wishes one and all.

REE

Ron,

Don’t you ever get tired of trying to clean up your bench? You know it just doesn’t stay that way. It will go back to clutter practically overnight.

Happy Birthday! Wishing many many more.

Ron,
Sorry I missed Your Birthday, had to drive to Detroit to pick Jean up from a 2 week stay in Jacksonville with our youngest and 4 of the Grandkid’s She was ready to come Home after 3 day’s:lol:.
Glad You and VEE had GREAT Birthday’s:D

Hey Ron,
A very HAPPY BIRTHDAY wish to you. I hope you get to celebrate many more in good health and good fortune.

Mark

Thanks Fellas.

Our Anniversary is on the 7th and we are hitting the Cowlitz River for Sea Run Cutts this year, we might even get into a late summer run steelhead.

Our birthdays were great, spent in each other’s company, and now we have a wedding Anniversary. How cool is that.

Thanks again.

REE

We hope that you have a very joyous and God blessed birthday. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Ron, sorry I missed this earlier, but if I have any excuse it’s that I must have been fishing. Anyway, belatedly, Happy Birthday and thanks for all you do on this site. May all your fishing dreams come true and may you net a double to celebrate:

Kelly.

Hope you had a very happy birthday Ron!!!

Ron and VEE

Happy Belated been out of town but I’m betting on 2 hours at the cleaned tying desk and it’s nuked:p:p:p and you wont’ see the white top again.

cheers

Fatman

Thanks for those kind wishes. If you bet 2 hours, you lose. 20 minutes after sitting at the desk I can barely see any of that clean white top.
