That is a size #14…I am going to tie up some in Amber, in #16, as a Pupa for a bug that comes off on the East Walker River here in CA in May and early June…I am using this:

Don’t have any of the Halo Wire so I took some olive micro tubing, inserted copper wire in it and wrapped it on a #20. May have to play around with different color combinations and try them out on some tailwater trout in April:
