Be sure to keep the mottled turkey feathers that are part of the secondary flight feathers that are on the wings next to the body, and plenty of tail feathers as well. Ya did good!

Hope this means there’s no jerky left from last year. While last years feathers are very much appreciated, not so sure about last years jerky.
gotta second Cold!!! Lots of winged wets coming out of those feathers, I you can skin it out real good you could borax the whole skin and REALLY have lots of feathers for tying.

HAHAHA…that would be a rough sell for sure:^) Nope…fresh jerky. But this bird adds to 3 birds last year feather wise.
