H & H E-mail Catalogs

Seems I used to get one of these on a regular basis, like once a week or something. I haven’t had one sent my way for a couple of months now. Anyone else? You’d think that someone who has ordered the number of kits I have would still be on their “to send” list. JGW

Haven’t heard from them, other than for the sales on overstocked spay rods, or something, in quite a while.

I too, would like to be back on their list.

I think we all knew it was under new ownership and until Ron went on his honeymoon we regularly received e-mail mailings. Since his return we’ve received nothing. At least, I haven’t. That was the reasoning behind the question. If rod builder Betty isn’t receiving it, nor am I, then perhaps there is a trend. Just wondering why we were dropped from the list all of a sudden. No vengence, no vent. Just a question. JGW

I have been receiving regular emails by H&H on sales they are having and especially of late regarding Dynaking’s decision to discontinue one of their vises. I have not reregistered with them since the new management takeover. You might want to contact them to find out if you need to reregister.

Why? They had us on their list. It’s their marketing device. They chose not to have us as customers apparently. Hello Dan Craft. JGW

Maybe the list was corrupted or there was a system hiccup. Why not give them the benefit of the doubt before writing them off? What if a friend called you and your answering machine was off or just plain broke? Would you want them to write you off and never call you again? S*** happens. If you like receiving their catalogs or other form of advertising why not drop them a line and reconnect?

Why not drop Ron a line and get your problem corrected? He really cares that his customers are completely satisfied. Bet you get your problem taken care of PRONTO.
