Good to be back

Hi Di. Missed ya girl. Jump right back in here.

Diane,
Glad to see you back, Hope the Health Issues are going well:D

Diane, nice to have you back. I changed my moniker from gardenfish to rockthief so ya know who I am. I wish I had followed my instincts all this time and sent you emails to learn how you were doing. May your health be vastly improved! Hope you get on the water soon and use tht lovely canoe you rebuilt. I still enjoy visiting your website.
Paul

Hey, cool, welcome back! Perhaps we’ll finally have another Superbowl swap again?

was nice chatting with you last night.
Had quite a lively crew in chat.

Thanks for the warm welcome back, folks. As I said earlier, it’s great to be in touch again. And yes, I’m already psyched about a superbowl swap!

Welcome back Diane. Gld you found your way back. I’ve been on and off the past year or so while my business has kept me busier than I could have imagined. Hope to see some more of your posts, and I hope to become more active when the weather cools off. I still have a pile of rod blanks to build and a metal lathe to finish putting together. I have all the parts, now it’s a matter of finding the time. Sigh…

Right now I’m in Orlando after finishing fixing up my daughter’s condo. Headed back to Cleveland in teh morning, with a pile of work awaiting me there.

Joe

Sure good to see you again Diane. Have missed you since you took down FFT. Hope things are going well!

Ed :sunglasses:

Glad to have you back.

Rick

Diane,
Great to have you back! I’m still making the pb fudge, so let me know when you “sweet tooth” is making noise!
Mike

Hey Diane,
What the heck, I welcome you back too. Give me a little time and I’ll fine SOMETHING we can agree on… Wait, I’ll need more time

Just today got my computer back on line after a few days of a nasty bug it had or I would have welcomed you back sooner…

WELCOME BACK DIANE!!!

Tim

Hey Diane, I’m giving you a big <virtual, at the moment> hug for coming back. Are we going to be seeing any pictures starring you and your canoes?

Take care,
Ed

Marco, let’s test this:

A. Dries or nymphs?

B. Bamboo or graphite?

C. Steelies or brookies?

D. Waders or speedo?
Um, nevermind. I can’t bear that image.

Good to hear from you, Marco. Tight lines.

Hey Diane,
It’s worth a try. As to #1, what are nymphs???. #2, graphite absolutely. I do not worship at the church of bamboo. #3, brookies for sure. Nothing I own can handle a steelie nor are they my cuppa in any great way. #4, I concur- nevermind.
And the results of the quiz are…???
Mark.

PS: And I do recognize and appreciate your civil response to my rather smarta$$ post.

Marco, 3 out of 4 ain’t bad. I love those nymphs.

Welcome back Diane! Been a long long time. So glad you are back on FAOL. You’ve been missed sorely by those of us who used to read your posts. So glad you are back. We get more new opinions and ideas now.

Seriously Sincerely,

Jim…perhaps back then was “Plain Old Jim” cause I’m plain…and I am old.

Changed to Gemrod somewhere along the way. I haven’t forgotten you for sure.

Just plain glad you are back with us.
