A few of these. These are tied on size 4 2461 Daiichi. The Foam Stone, the black one is same hook size 2. I don’t expect to encounter goldens but some times it happens in late July

The hopper looks like it would work really well around here, too. Saw a lot of bright green hoppers while hiking this summer. Nice ties!
P.S. I tied up a few of those substitutes from your site, gonna try them out tomorrow.

Nice caddis; that’ll work well on the Madison. Might want something real dark and small, too. I spent a few evenings there this year fishing tan or green bodied #16’s (Clacka, Iris, X2) and getting a lot of rejections; found out they wanted #18 and smaller black bodied. Won’t make that mistake next year.
