Full sink or sink tip; fast sink or slow sink for Specks?

What is your favorite or most used sinking line for Specks under most conditions? Thanks.

IMHO the best line for crappie is definitely a slow sinker. I use a type 3 occassionally and it is often too fast. Crappie like a slow presentation and sometimes you have to hold the fly at depth for suspended fish. A clear intermediate sink tip has proven excellent for me when fishing dragonfly nymphs and small streamers up to 4 feet or so. Deeper than that and I either go for float and fly (up to 8’ or so) or to the type 3 on my 5wt for fishing 12 to 18 feet deep (like tomorrow).
