Freeport for Bonz

I have a shot at going to Freeport Bahamas in April, May or June for a week, and need some info on the bone fishing there that time of the year???

JC and LF, didn’t y’all fish there or was it
Andros?

Help! Help! Need Help! Would like to get into some bonz either wading on my own or with a guide. I would guess guides are there as on the other islands? Anyone had any experience with Freeport guides?

If you search the archives, there is a lot of info on Bonefishing by Al C. Lots of patterns, fish behavior and tips on Belize that would apply to most situations. I found Al’s writings on Bonefish patterns/Fishing very awakening!

Try his Shrimpfh Pattern(sp?)

I have not fished Freeport but I have on both Andros and Long Islands.

Consider April or early May if possible.

By June many of the flats might be too warm too provide consistent fishing.
